Our Rental Items & Pricing: • 10×10 White Canopy Tent (sturdy & lightweight aluminum) – $35/day + HST • 6 ft Pop-Up Table (optional black table cloth) – $10/day + HST • 20 lb Tent Weights (for safety & stability) – $2.50 per weight/day + HST • Foldable White Chairs – $10/day + HST • Cake Stands – $20/day + HST • Balloon Arches – $25/day + HST ✔ Bulk order discounts available ✔ Pickup or delivery + setup options ✔ Rentals charged per day ✔ Security deposit required (refunded after return in same condition) Service area: Guelph • KWC • GTA Please include your event date, location, and items needed in the booking notes so we can confirm availability quickly. info.balloonaura@gmail.com
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will result in the loss of the deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable, as materials and time are reserved specifically for your event. In case of emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
