Shipping & Delivery Policy
At BalloonAura Events, we specialize in custom balloon bouquets and event décor made specially for each customer. Our goal is to provide timely, safe, and high-quality service for every order.
Delivery & Pickup
• Pickup is available from East end of Guelph (address shared after order confirmation).
• Delivery and setup services are available at an additional cost, depending on location and order size.
• Delivery time slots are scheduled in advance and confirmed before the event date.
We take great care in handling and transporting balloon arrangements. However, once the order has been delivered or picked up, BalloonAura Events is not responsible for damage caused by weather, heat, handling, or venue conditions.

No Return & No Refund Policy
Due to the custom and perishable nature of balloon products:
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been prepared, delivered, or picked up.
This policy applies to:
• Balloon bouquets
• Event decorations
• Customized designs
• Number balloons
• Themed arrangements
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms carefully:
Cancellations:
• More than 48 hours before the event:
You may cancel and receive a partial refund or store credit (materials cost may be deducted).
• Within 48 hours of the event:
No refund will be provided, as materials and preparation will already be in progress.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
No refund or credit.
Event Decoration Bookings:
For large event décor orders:
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking date.
• Remaining balance must be paid before or on the event day.
